Relationships are at the heart of life. They can bring us the greatest of joys, and they can also bring us the greatest of suffering. We are fundamentally wired for connection. However, even after all these years of human development, it seems that all too often we still fall into the depth of unconscious reactions, in our families, in our communities, and in our workplaces.
This interactive talk aims to shine a light on some of our unconscious habits in relationship, and how we might begin to use these moments as a clear mirror which can take us deeper into self-understanding and personal/spiritual growth. We will then take this outwards, and explore ways in which we can communicate with others in a more soulful and compassionate way, in our workplaces, and in our wider social groups.
