Are you caring for an elderly or terminally ill loved one? Perhaps you are grieving a loss?

Caring for elderly & terminally ill loved ones brings many day-to-day challenges, just as with every grief journey. Both can toss us around on dark, deep stormy seas – and other times we can moor for a time in a safe and calm cove.
Safe Refuge can be one of those places.
No need to feel you have to suffer through these trials on your own – come to Safe Refuge. You’ll find a place of realness, authenticity and a genuine desire to help and support. Be listened to, and also listen. Learn about how our bodies and brains respond to stress and grief, and learn important self-care strategies; and contribute your own wisdoms. Together we will chart a pathway through the difficult waters that connect us all as humans.

Whether you are challenged by the demands (and griefs) of caregiving, or you have lost a loved one and find that Grief is still a difficult companion to carry, come along and share your own human journey.
Starts 27th February 6.30-8.30pm
